These terms cover this website, the free audit, the paid products and the automation work Dream Futures Tech does for clients. Using the site means you accept them. Where a signed proposal or client agreement says something different, that document wins.

The free audit and the report

The report is an estimate. Figures in the Digital Blindspot Report are derived arithmetically from the answers you supply, using assumptions we state on the report itself. They are not a forecast, a promise, or a guarantee of revenue.

Answer honestly or ignore the output. The report is only as good as the numbers you put in. Nothing in it is professional, financial or legal advice.

Payments, deposits and subscriptions

The $1 deposit. It reserves a 15-minute call and is credited in full against any subsequent purchase. If we cancel, you are refunded. If you no-show without notice, we keep it.

Subscriptions. Monthly plans bill monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not bill for periods you have cancelled.

The Setup Vault and digital products. A one-time purchase licensed to one business. It stays yours if you cancel the monthly plan. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Payment processing. Card payments run through Square. We never see or store card details, and a payment is only final once Square reports it complete.

Automation and integration work

You own your accounts. When we connect a tool on your behalf — a Google Sheet, a phone number, a calendar, a CRM — the account and the data in it stay yours. You can revoke our access at any time, and the work stops at the point you do.

What we are responsible for. Building what the proposal describes and fixing our own defects. We are not responsible for a third-party service changing its API, pricing or terms, nor for outages at Google, Square, Twilio, Cal.com, Cloudflare, Netlify or any other provider in the chain.

Compliance is shared. If your business is regulated, you are the controller of your customers' data and you are responsible for the consents you collect. We will tell you plainly when a tool in the stack is not appropriate for regulated data rather than let it ship quietly.

No guarantee of outcomes. We build systems that capture more of the demand you already have. We do not promise a number of leads, calls or sales.

The usual limits

Acceptable use. Do not use this site or anything we build to send unlawful messages, to spam, or to impersonate someone. We will shut off work used that way.

Liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

Governing law. Florida law, and the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes. If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them. Questions: [email protected].
